MEDIATION FEES

For up to 3 parties:

  • HALF DAY - $5,000, 4 hour mediation session

  • FULL DAY - $8,000, 8 hour mediation session

For 4 parties or more:

  • FULL DAY mediation only

  • $1,000 for each additional party over 3

Mediation fee includes preparation, pre-mediation calls, session time, and telephonic/email follow up when necessary. 

Additional time requested on day of mediation session will be billed at $700 per hour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Sessions cancelled 14 days or more prior to the session - 100% refundable.

  • Sessions cancelled 13 days or less prior to the session - non-refundable.

  • Sessions continued 13 days or less prior to the session are the same as cancellations and fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancelling party shall be fully responsible for any claim for reimbursement by the non-cancelling parties.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Unused session time is non-refundable.

  • All fees are due and payable upon receipt of invoice. SDR reserves the right to cancel the mediation session if fees are not paid by all parties in advance of the session.
